What are some amazing projects one should do having a good grip at coding? Which projects have you done while learning?

I'm in 2nd year of CE and having good knowledge of C, C#,JAVA, Python,DSA(Still Improving 🫠). I wanna feel that I'm doing well so suggest some cool projects( preferred which takes less time)
