What is the best programming language for making mobile apps and have an easy syntax please help

Easy is a relative term.

Java, Kotlin,Dart,Javascript/Typescript are just some of the languages used for the various platforms used for developing mobile apps.

You have to learn at least one before even begin thinking of developing apps.

But if you are in a hurry and just want to have something working, you could check out App Inventor.

As for languages, as I said, what is easy for me might not be the same for you.

You have to try them for yourself. See what you find easier to learn. But all of them will require some time to master, unless you are a genious.

App Inventor might help you get started, but you still have to learn a language if you want to advance it to the next level.
Java is the more traditional choice for app development.
