This feature was called lesson factory. In this feature the users are allowed to create a lesson and moderators will approve the lesson on sololearn. This feature is now closed. Now you cannot create a lesson in sololearn. Maybe sololearn will add this feature again in future . Moreover You can mail at info@sololearn.com and give them this suggestion
