HCI using Figma.(Quick Report App)

Question

I am designing an interactive app for my course, Human Computer Interaction. I want to develop an app that will aid students in my school report problems they face in the university for these problems to be fixed as quick as possible. These problems ranged from physical problems in their lecture halls,hall of resident and if possible problems regarding their courses. I can do my design in figma. I will need a code that will aid me design such an interactive system. Thank you
