It depends of how fast do you want to complete the courses.
I recommend consolidating the information, but going fast in three months (aprox) you will can make great websites

Html is a pretty easy language. It won't take too much time to master it.

Building a website is a different story.

It depends on the size and complexity of such a website, as well as your experience with building one of them.

For a small portfolio that could be hosted for free on Github pages, I would say just a couple of days.

If your website needs to provide some more complex functionalities to perform CRUD operations, then maybe more time.
