Could anyone help me with X64dbg?

I've done some changes to a software by X64dbg, but when I save it, nothing has changed, I'd be grateful if anyone could help me 🙏

It is outside of my experience, but I found this discussion that recommends
1. Save the patch to a different file other than the original exe.
2. Run X64dbg with elevated privileges
3. Use Scylla plugin (whatever that is)
