Hey guy i really intend to make an app and actually idk what language should i use or how to make animation with python

If you mean Android apps, the main language now is Kotlin, which is based on Java (more or less). So either of those two could be good.
For Apple, you need Swift.

It is possible with other languages but I believe you need to convert them to the accepted ones.

I want to do program an app by using some codes and set it up on my phone like an apk thing i don't want it to be "official" on pkaystore or something i want the necessary language to make an hard to hack app and also make it's software and design ik you will tell me it's impossible to do all that on your own like a lot did but i like challenges
