Codemon - Need help pls...

In the criteria it says: "Add some more details on the typical behavior, the temperament, life, etc. of individuals of your type of monster. Display it as Monster Wiki [aka codex] entry."

Does anyone know what is meant by "Monster Wiki [aka codex] entry"?

Just comments? Key value pairs that will be printed out? Or something else?
