Please help the video file is broken in html are showing

When I try to add video file it done but when I run the code the video is showing broken if also the location of the file is also correct

I found this good explanation. In the comments in the html course.
One thing everyone should know is that: the <video> tag is used for native videos from computer but if you are going to play a video from a different source ,like youtube, you need to use the <iframe> tag
