I saw this on my activity but I never searched it...I think people are hacking my stuff does anyone know how to make sure they can't hack my stuff

On my Windows PC, I use Epic Privacy Browser, and on my Android phone, DuckDuckGo browser.

I recommend those.

Both of those default to everything off (cookies, pop ups , etc.) but let you configure allowances for domains you choose.

Epic has a built-in VPN. If you go to one of those What's My IP Address sites, it shows somewhere you don't live.

DuckDuckGo has an app-tracker-blocker you can turn on that intercepts outgoing messages from other apps. It intercepts literally tens of thousands a day from Pandora (music) and other Android apps I use. I just checked the report, and it says, "Past 7 Days: Blocked 135,493 Tracking Attempts Across 10 Apps".
