Frienza hash Bootstrap is just a library, there is nothing to learn. It's simply css but someone else is doing your job.

But learning js will help you learn fundamentals of ACTUAL coding and write some logic.

Start JS. It will take some time. You would start to feel like you're making no progress. But one day it all will start to make sense so be patient.

I hear about bootstrap.... Some one told me it's similar to CSS but it's a little bit advance.. So he told me to try it out first
