This is not Angular 17 course

Question

I came to sololearn from a link on Miško Hevery's blog about newly released Angular 17. However, the course still shows old-style *ngIf directive. How come!

Angular 17 was released just a few days ago. It is not a complete replacement of previous version, but rather an incremental extension. Certainly there can be new features and techniques.
But programming languages and frameworks change ever so often, it cannot be expected that Sololearn update all their training materials to the latest. Occasionally they may certainly do it. But as long as the fundamentals do not change, the course is still relevant. Especially if you consider all that "legacy" code, what was written in previous versions and need constant maintenance.
