Selfconfigured set of
Apache or nginx or Apache with nginx together,
MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL or some NoSQL "solution"/software
and PHP itself.
It's like those software packs but with your control of (above) it.

When I started writing the codes I used Xampp. It's easy. But now I'am using my build. Debian + Mysql + Apache/nginx + PHP. You can improve or change any component at any time.
