One month it is not necessary to learn even a single language, depends on you... i learn a little bit of HTML / CSS / JS in 4/5 month, studying all days.

Maybe a month, take one full week to learn HTML and CSS, one week to learn JavaScript and JQuery, and one week to learn PHP and SQL, and the last week for a project.
