I completed a course but it wouldn't give me the certificate what can I do?

I completed the course but when I go to download my certificate it is blank. Can I re take the course for a complete certificate?

If it is the introduction course there is a code project at the end and you need to complete it.
However I see you already get the certificate.

It is the introduction course but everything is Checked off.

My bad it's the Python for beginners course. But I completed the project twice now waiting to hear back from solo learn.
