Time Travel Using the Touch Command - On Files - But How?

I'm trying to change the time at which I created the files in the file managers. How does it work?

Celebi✅️ the touch command has a few switches that might be useful.

-r copy timestamps from one fille to another
-d use a specified date
-t similar to -d but only recognizes a rigid date/time format
