If I complete the coding foundations, would that not include the HTML cert? Why or why not.

I was scrolling through the full catalog and spotted HTML. I clicked it then instantly noticed that it was the same material that was covered in coding foundations.

Every course has its own certificate, even if the content is copied, and you can't skip any parts, even if the content is copied.

Yes. Sololearn has an unusual practice of splicing two courses together and calling it a new course that gives you one certificate for the work of two. It's disappointing when you find out. There are a few courses like that.
