Effects on HTML and JavaScript

I'm writing a code, trying to have a effect after a button gets clicked and I'm not sure about how that works. Could someone help me please?

So first try it on an online compiler (like programiz) and see if it works. If not, maybe there is a problem in SoloLearn or in its playground. I don't know much about this but I hope I helped you.

Omar Actually it doesn't need to run on any online compiler. Our code playground is enough to do that. All that he need just to code it down property without any bug.
