there are few problems:

you are asking "placeholder="Height in metre"", so it should be a floating point number.
if someone is 177cm, then he/she shall enter 1.77, then works properly

a lot of people enters cm, so change it to cm and when the height is given, do:
height /= 100

and ther are problems with the if statement as well....
what if bmi = 24.982? or bmi = 24.985? or bmi = 24.999?
