App doesnt work
Anyone with the same problem? App isbthe whole day very slow sometimes i cant login...i cant finish a lesson, the last page wont close..wtf i payed money for premium and now i cant use the app and there is no support or something..this is shit man Edit: Today it works fine again..Thx for all your answers and much fun for your learning

Евгений I don't have all the details, but I know the mentors report community concerns and elevate them to the person who can push them up to the people who can actually solve issues. If you don't trust the information you have received that is fine, contact Sololearn directly. After all, you're right, this is a volunteer service, and the mentors do their best to help, Please show appreciation of their efforts.

Don't worry about the streak team will restore you won't lose your streak.

Евгений I noticed you mentioned using a streak saver. Thankfully sololearn implemented it after the previous issue came up. You used it when you needed it, well done!. If you're looking to get it back, you can reach out to Sololearn directly at info@sololearn.com. I totally agree that we shouldn't be penalized for things we can't control, but it's important to still report any issues we encounter. I can also bet that sis R💠🇮🇳 has already elevated your concern.

Евгений True mentors don't have all the information, but they do work closely with the community planner who has more details. The streak issue happened before, and they were able to get streaks back to those who reported the issue. Since this is a widespread issue that affects the entire community, it is out of good faith that Sololearn will return everyone's streak who was affected by the issue.

I'm using the website on desktop. The site was offline for several hours. Now it's back up, but it's very slow, and it just threw an error message and sent me back to the beginning of the lesson I'm on.
On the app, it told me to update, then I had to log in again. I haven't tried doing a lesson there today.
Let's hope they get it all figured out soon.
Edit: It just sent me back to the beginning half way through the lesson again.
I tried doing the lesson on the app (Android). After about three or four questions it marked a correct answer as wrong. It hasn't taken a heart, but hitting "continue" does nothing. I seem to be stuck here.

I am also having the same issues. Also just paid for pro. I cant even start my course to continue my lessons. I tend to be short on time most days so this was very disappointing right after I just gave sololearn money. Hope it gets fixed soon...
