is there a course that teaches us how to create animation or video editing

if there isn't any plz do recommend another website for this specific course

No, there isn’t. That’s not really a programming thing, which is Sololearn’s main focus. For beginners, picking a software has to happen before you can really start learning material I think, and this is usually done by whatever course you find. Unfortunately, most courses I think you may find first are using proprietary paid software from Adobe, which In my opinion is a pretty bad company at the moment. Here are some recommendations for free software that can probably do what you want: Blender can do 2 and 3D animation and video editing (3D being its main focus), Krita can do 2D animation (drawing being its main focus), and KDENlive and DaVinci Resolve are video editors (Resolve has GPU acceleration and is proprietary). I specifically know where the Blender Manual is, because I read most of it awhile back, but you might find courses on all of them anywhere.
