Request for Refund of Incorrect Charge for SoloLearn 14-Day Free Trial
Dear SoloLearn Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a refund for a charge that was incorrectly applied to my account. On June 5 or 6, I decided to sign up for the 14-day free trial of SoloLearn Pro, which included an annual subscription priced at ā¹4200. I completed the payment process accordingly, but my free trial did not start, so I canceled the subscription. On June 8, I attempted to sign up for the 14-day free trial again. This time, after completing the payment process, I was charged ā¹4200, even though it was supposed to be a free trial period. I kindly request a refund of the ā¹4200 that was charged to my account, as I signed up under the impression that I would receive a free trial without any immediate charges. I have mailed you.
