<stdio.h> is a C header (can also be used in C++, commonly known as <cstdio>) which provides input/output functionalities through the use of printf() and scanf().
<iostream> is a C++ header file which provides input stream and output stream objects, e.g. std::cout, std::cin.

Stdio.h is library in c and iosream is library in cplusplus.
Choose studio in c language and choose iostream in cplusplus.
