Java is a good language to start with. It's always good to be strong in the basics. Java/C/C++ would be my suggestion for beginners.

but java is the most flexible language as I know at least it can run everywhere...

better is C#, more powerful. The last version of C# 7.0 has very powerful fearures, java have lambda in 8.0, lambdas in c# from 2007

similar, but .net library more clean, names of methods in different collections types in .net equal and loggicaly rightly instead of Java...

For me, the Java language is subset of C# language and you will see it when you learn both. So why initially limit yourself to the language?
