if you dont mind I'd just wanna ask do sololearn really blocks IP address of any user if she/he violates any sololearn policies?
My one friend facing similar issue . He might have violated any sololearn's community guidelines/policies and it seems sololearn have blocked his IP address as whenever he tries to login with any of his account it shows error message and from desktop site he gets alert something like This account has been blocked . Any way he could be back at the community again ? He even mailed them and it had been 3-4 days still the issue is not resolved

Student Only sololearn team will give you response as your friend already sent email he will get response.
If you still wanted to know then you can also send email.
This is not error so q&a thread is not a proper place to ask it will be better if you use feed post.

You have to do something really bad to get yourself IP blocked. Usually there are several warnings, so that the person must be aware of the violations. If they commit it again, it's their fault. Obviously I don't know the details of the story, but people do not just get banned randomly, there will be a very serious and valid reason. And no one here can help your friend, he may plead to the devs, but there are no guarantees.
The best idea is, if you want to be part of the community, then please do not violate the rules, respect the other users, and be polite at all times.

Like I said, I do not know the details. Mentors do not have the ability to ban anybody, we are just regular users with a shiny badge. Only the administrators have that power, only they know exactly why this happened.

Student again, me or the other mentors do not have any special powers or access to this information about the details of the content moderation activity. This is not public data either, there is no such "thread". The Sololearn team may choose to respond to queries in email, but usually it takes several days.

The first warning is really the terms and conditions.
Depending on how he behaved, somethings aren't warned - racist/sexist/bullying/threats and similar are not tolerated and need no warning.
His only hope is to wait until Sololearn answers him.

"he was just being negative with comments to other people's codes but he didnt do any other serious thing ."
Why should he have to do anything more? Being disrespectful is not a nice way to behave. Tell him it might be best to change his ways or get used to such consequences everywhere in the world. There aren't always second/third/fourth/n-1th chances.

SoloLearn team won't ban or block anyone for fun. The organization has its own rules, terms, and conditions. If someone is violating these rules, the team will probably take appropriate actions against them,he/she should have had some common sense to use this app for coding purposes

Sl team never do ip ban without warning. Before taking any action sl team always give warning they provide chance to user if they unknownigly doing any mistake let them correct.
