Is it possible to get a backend job as a beginner?

Hi everyone ! I have started learning programming about one month ago. I studied HTML and CSS at the level I can build simple website, but still practicing them. Also I have been learning python with this app every time I commute. I am not really interested in getting job as a frontend developer since it’s really competitive and it gets paid less at least in my country. Do you think it’s hard as a beginner to learn python and get jobs like web application, AI development or machine learning?

Maybe if you're a relative or a good friend of someone in charge? Otherwise, you have to be really skilled or likeable. Or no one else is applying for the job and they are desperate and don't care about the consequences. Hiring is done by people after all, and people are biased. Also, it's not all about competence. How well you fit in with the team is also important, and being over-qualified is a thing. If they are looking for a position with a low starting salary, being a newbie might be an advantage. Over qualified people tend to quit early if better opportunities arise or from sheer boredom.

For real... It is hard because nowadays to learn back end it takes time, unless you apply to internships as a backend while in university. Python is a really great language, but is saturated as the frontend languages. Try to study the theoric part of Machine Learning and AI, create projects based on that and develop yourself as a developer. You can lie in interviews but you know, you're lying. View videos of algorithms, AI development, Machine Learning and Implement your knowledgement.
