Abisek tharu this is a learning platform, not some place where you can outsource your homework. You can start learning web development here, and build this for yourself. If you are stuck, then feel free to post your code and your question here on the forum, and surely you will get some hints for the next step. Sarcasm aside, why specifically html,css and js? You can easily google for videos of the thing. Why not just use those? Animations are better made using animation graphics software, 2d or 3d.
