How good is Sololearn customer support?
Does anyone know how good Sololearn customer support is? I reached out to them by email 4-5 days ago quickly enough (within 48 hours) about a refund to a subscription that billed me when I had honestly forgotten about the free trial since I wasn't using the service. It billed me as soon as I got my paycheck and that's money I desperately want back. Does anyone know if they'll reach out?

In my experience, you'd have to wait at least a week or two for their response.

They responded earlier today and said I should take it up with Google but Google Play says my account isn't eligible for refunds so that's that.
