For me it's Python. Reasons include Python has simpler syntax and keywords, it doesn't requires extra effort such as variable declaration. Also it's interpreted and not compiled which makes debugging and error detection lot easier. Even with higher concepts like inheritance are easy to implement and understand in python which I founded quite ambiguous in C++
