How to make a webpage

After I learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I want to try out my skills outside this app where do I go to start coding.

when I was a very beginner, I tried out some code editors (20+). but now you are in a better situation, because there is VSCodium!
write the code, and try it out offline in your browser.

note: you can use a live-server extension as well (from ritwick day, I guess), so you don't need to refresh the page every time.
and you can add some more extensions for html, css, js; just to help yourself. a too much extension can cause a problem....
