Do I have to be on the max package ? I'm currently on the pro free trial and can't access quizzes to get the certificate.

Is that including the SQL course you are doing? Check your internet connection, if it's good and you're still having trouble, send an email with screenshots to [e-mail]

The certificates for most courses (I think the AI ones need a special pro subscription) should be free to all users.
