Help! Charged twice for Subscription!

Help! Charged twice for Subscription! I set up an autopay mandate (worth ā‚¹ 4200, roughly $52) before starting my Pro trial, however after the 14 day period ended, sololearn asked me to pay the subscription fee once again. I paid (ā‚¹4100 or $51) again. However it seems I have been charged twice for the same thing. Please help!!

Contact Sololearn by email about the matter. Info@Sololearn.com This is the only way they recommend to reach them about billing issues.
