What the "best" way is, highly depends on the individual. Perhaps you may want to try visual programming with the child: https://scratch.mit.edu/ Or you could start with HTML and CSS. If the child is curious and easily picks up the logic, you can, of course, directly start with one of the popular programming and scripting languages.

Make the learning become more interesting, like how you like to learn something when its interested you, and don't make learning feels pressure or not uncomfortable, but it's important to not make the learning too serious, because they might not like it and would like to learn something else which is interested them (make sure to check the thing they like are not harmful for them or people around) Mostly depends on their interested

Same as learning anything else - make it interesting, personal, relevant and fun. The forum is for programming related questions, especially if you have a code which doesn't work. Please remove the post from here, you can put it in the feed under the community tab. Reported as off-topic https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/3021159/?ref=app

At that age maybe by playing games that have variables that can be adjusted to modify the outcome. No coding directly. Primarily visual, and changing values. Unfortunately I don't know of the best examples for this. Ausgrindtube This app covers material that is not directly programming as well, such as concepts like general tech and AI. Non-programming questions is fine, it is on-the-topic of programming and provides new insight for bringing together community engagement. That post doesn't mention off-topic material.

The story of people learning programming at 7yrs old is a myth. The minimum I can say is 12. All a 7y old want to do is play game, eat and play the victim

Teaching a 7-year-old coding should focus on making it fun, interactive, and creative. Kids at this age learn best through games, visuals, and hands-on activities. Here's a structured approach to teach coding in an enjoyable way: 1. Start with Visual Block-Based Programming Tools like Scratch or Blockly allow kids to code by dragging and dropping blocks instead of writing text. These platforms teach programming concepts like loops, conditions, and events in a gamified environment. Why? Visual programming eliminates syntax frustration and focuses on logic. Recommended Platforms: Scratch Blockly 2. Incorporate Coding into Games Use coding tools that integrate gaming to keep engagement high. Kids can create their own games or solve puzzles while learning to code. Suggestions: Code.org: Offers courses for young kids with Minecraft and Frozen themes. Tynker: Fun and game-oriented with courses in game design and storytelling. 3. Use Coding Robots and Kits Coding robots like Bee-Bot, Dash & Dot, or LEGO Boost let kids program physical robots to perform tasks, combining screen-free and screen-based activities. Why? This bridges the gap between digital and physical worlds, making coding tangible. 4. Explore Kid-Friendly Coding Apps Apps like Lightbot, Kodable, or Hopscotch make coding feel like playing a game while teaching problem-solving. Top Picks: Lightbot: Great for teaching sequencing, loops, and conditionals. Kodable: Designed for kids as young as 5 with fun challenges. 5. Create Stories with Code Encourage creativity by using platforms like Scratch Jr. to build stories and animations. Let them design their favorite characters and scenarios. 6. Focus on Short Sessions Young kids have limited attention spans. Keep lessons to 15-30 minutes and let them take frequent breaks. 7. Be Playful and Involved Work together on projects and celebrate achievements. Use challenges like “Can you make the robot draw a square?” or “Can you make the character dance?” 8. Hands-On Offline Coding Activities Introduce unplugged act

Rrestoring faith the common is a real world 7yr is not interested in that. He just want to play interesting game. The reason why you hardly find them playing logical games and puzzles. They don't have interest
