Can someone explain how tailwind work?
How to use it?
What is the difference between using tailwind and without using it?

Tailwind is css framework that helps to style html document faster because it contains predefined template styles.
Using Tailwind you can able to style your html document faster as compared to styling using css file (old method).

How to use it?
First learn css and there are plenty of youtube tutorials availabe.
