No. Ethical viruses do not exist. Depending on what you code, you could have unintended consequences, violate privacy and even commit a crime. They're are unethical by definition and design, regardless of how minor.

Why not create an app that just let's someone do it? Or run the code manually?

Don't spread viruses!

Good practice + software protection is your only choice here.
