Account issues

Question

I made this account just to post this forum. So on my old account which i still have, i activated it through the link got the verified badge but still whenever i upvote some code or comment it says pls activate your account and the upvote doesnt even count.
Also i cant post any forum or a post it says no internet connection. I emailed sololearn they just dont answer.
Pls help me solve this issue.

There's nobody on the forum who can really help you than to say "email [e-mail]" and provide screenshots etc of your problem.
All the users on the forum are just users, we're not working on the app in anyway.

How long ago did you email them?
Is the email you've written here the same as the one you use for your account?

Yeah but for some reason they just dont reply on emails man.. i mean if you could probably mail them about this and provide them my email id that might help.

I mailed them like 3 days ago... Multiple mails from multiple emails nd yeah from this one and that one too... They just dont reply... I provided them ss and everything
