Certificate Problem

Hello guys, I just got my first sololearn certificate. But it is blurred. Is it normal or is there a problem somewhere? I saved the image on my phone but it is still blurred. How can I fix this

The certificate shouldn't be too blurred, it must be an issue for you if that's the case.

When you complete a course and download the certificate from the congratulating pop-up, it downloads a low quality image of the certificate. Go to "Profile" at bottom right corner of screen, then scroll down and you will see the courses you have finished and have certificates available for. Click your certificate and click "Save" from the pop-up. It will download a higher quality image of the certificate.
