What CMS do you like the most and why?

I am now learning what is a CMS and I am using Silverstripe but I want to know opinions of which ones are good and which ones are bad. Also If there is someone who can share tutorials of Silverstripe, they are very welcome ( I know there are tutorials on the webpage but if there are more would be even better).
