What programming language do I have to learn to earn money

So if you want to build apps and host websites, a combination of different languages and tools is probably best.

For websites and apps, start with:
• frontend: JavaScript + HTML + CSS
• backend: Javascript or Python (Flask/Django)
• Mobile apps: React Native (JavaScript) or Flutter (both can build both Android and iOS apps)

If you want to focus on one platform then Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.

It definitely depends on what exactly you would like to do in the future. Ask yourself whether you would prefer to build apps, host websites or just get a job as quick as possible.

That said, there sure are some programming languages that are more in demand than others.

For example, some of the programming languages that you could learn are:

1. Python
• it’s super versatile and is used in web development, data science, machine learning, automation and more. Also it’s very easy to learn.

2. JavaScript (and TypeScript)
• those are core languages of the web - used in frontend and backend

3. SQL
• so essential for working with data - used everywhere.

4. Java / C#
• (still) huge in enterprise software, mobile apps (Android), and game development.

Of course, you could theoretically earn money with *any* programming language. It’s just easier to find a job for the more popular ones.
