i think it depends of you capacities, your motivation and the language you've chosen. I have been praticing C++ and python for several years and I still discover a lot of new things each time i do a new project. i think i know both languages and i'm able to code without checking any tutorial but there will always be something you don't know to discover and learn. Never give up and keep coding :-)

The field of programming like the sea can not be contained and learned in a month or two, but you need a year and more this is my opinion .

depends of you 3 months is fine if you work with it most part of the day, but there are things u will need to solve using library and apis so its Always learn but its easy after you know the language very well , also becomes easy to learn other langs it bassicaly Just change some things all the rest is really similar
