Try AIDE from the Google app/play store.

Java, and XML are used about like HTML, and CSS(with scripting capabilities of Java being like adding PHP, And Javascript), in my opinion of it.

But I'm new to Java(I like my Python), and just started a second course of Java app/game development over there, so don't take my word for it, just try it, and see.
