Improve the creativity is a difficult and long process, you need to go out of your own "safe" area to face things that you do not know yet, to open your mind to others, to understand their problems, to force yourself to remake X times the same things while you things others ever made it 1 million times... for some people this part is naturally easy, I don't know why, for us we need to force ourself.
