What is the proper pc for a programmer?

any pc can do the programming well.
but if you plan to install IDE it will be different story.
eclipse/netbeans perform well in 2 gb processor, 1 gb ram and some hundreds mb storage.
visual studio need more diskspace
android studio need more processor and ram capacity.

i use the eclipse , turboc++ and many more in my pc which has just 4 gb of ram . it works perfectly fine...
