The lack of rules within the app and badges for questions are truly SL issues (although now the 1st trending post is about rules).
Anyway, search the Q&A before posting your question: is highly probable that your problem has been esaustively discussed/answered in another thread. You'll probably get more and better answers like that. If not feel free to ask.

but I still thinking that every question is useful and it's a windows that the app may keep open all the time.
for the members who already discuss some subject, just they they should ignore the repetitions.

yh but it should be the same amount of xp for winning because they both won in similar ways
