Why dislikes for Native language??
I saw some people here are giving dislikes to the one who asked in native language just b'coz they didn't know good English........C'mon guys dont be so strict....Let them ask maybe someone who knows their language can understand....... SUGGESTION :- Utkarsh suggested that the one who want to ask in native language should declare their language at the very starting of the question....For example :- 1. [Hindi] This is. a question in hindi 2. [Arab]This is a question in Arab language

i agree with you.
people should stop downvoting question in native language. the poster want to learn too.
Don't let language barrier prevent them to learn.

I'm repeating myself, but I only dislike / report questions that are inappropriate or somehow contradict the content creation guidelines. Language doesn't matter for me. And questions shouldn't be downvoted / reported if there is no other reason to do so.

Sololearn says "Everyone can code"...right??? So, should language be a barrier for a curious young teen or an old man who doesn't know those stuffs on google translate?? I dont think so.Well i agree with the suggestion given by @utkarsh, so that others can copy n paste it to google translate and know what's the thread about. Just my opinion, anyways..

Actually I think Native Language is the best taking the case of Japan they only speak native language which is why without having any vast kind of resources they are so good in technology. I think the best thing a country got is native language.

I always copy their questions and convert it to English with google translate. Then I answer it. I think they don't know English so they don't like my answers. 😔
Utkarsh gave a great idea. We should warn them to follow this rule.
And Yes! Nobody should dislike questions with native languages.

@Than Le
Ich kann nicht perfekt englisch und kann mich viel besser auf deutsch ausdrücken. Bist du sicher, dass ich künftig nur noch in der Sprache schreiben sollte, mit der ich mich am wohlsten fühle?

@Than Le
I see. And you're right. I just wanted to point to the sentence where you say, that everybody should post in the language their most comfortable with. That is the native language for nearly everyone.
I've learnt English for 9 years at school and still I can't express everything I'd like to ^^

i agree with you @Zion
@Tashi always do it.

@Cyrus Just wanted to give an example what could happen if everyone posts in her/his native language. Don't worry, I'll continue writing in English and give my best to manage it ^^

@Zion
How if they don't know google translate?
Maybe we should suggest the poster to convert their question using google translate.
i mean, there is a chance the poster is a teenage who first time using smartphone or old man who don't know the google translate ever exist.

Yup! It's horrible. This is the only cause of English to be international language. There are about 5000 languages. If everyone uses their own language then nobody will understand anybody!! 🤔😕

Mentioning the language name in brackets is a great idea👌
If someone knows the same language who will try to translate,answer or explain that question clearly
if everyone used this option then it will spoil the learning
Everyone try to explain the questions in simple / broken English that is not a problem
If he/she feels native lang is better than English to describe the questions then use native language 👍

correct 👌Well said 👍

Im just wondering, this is a community. So when you ask a question or make a comment. Others are meant to learn from it too. However when you post in your native language you limit the number of people who can learn from your question.
If you are not sure of your English, Why not try to paste the content of your write-up in Google Translate, convert it to English and post in the forum.
Just my thought anyway

@Tashi N
Denken Sie nicht einmal so. Ich kann Google Translate nicht immer wieder verwenden. Wir sind gut mit Englisch.

do downvotes even do anything anymore?

I dont mind native language, but it should be autotranslated in english and in the bottom box the original native text can be extended and displayed if required, additionaly i would suggest an language tag by system.

@Agus
This is what I suggest. When you see a question in a native language. Provided the asker has indicated the language. Anyone can copy paste into Google Translate and repost the Question in the same thread for the benefit of everyone.
Does that helps

unwanted questions can be downvotes.but the language shouldn't be the reason. I had seen lot of things like that (downvotes against language). please try to help them or keep your own business. what's wrong they've post in their mother tongue.?
