does this teach c++ on the developmental level

does it teach the c++ to the standard that i could instantly start programming on projects created by other people. P.S, i only want users to comment on this thread so to give a non-bias answer.

It will teach you basic of c++ .You need to develop your skills further more to get involved in projects .
