does this teach c++ on the developmental level [solved]

Question

does it teach the c++ to the standard that i could instantly start programming on projects created by other people. P.S, i only want users to comment on this thread so to give a non-bias answer.

It teach only basics. But C++ course is a little bit better than others I think. It could be enough for some easier tasks (and it depends on you too if you would fast cross the course, or you would always "try it yourself", read comments, find out nuances and differencies). You have not described your tasks deep enough. Are "projects created by other people" are calculators or 3d games (unreal for example) engines? ;-)
