What makes sololearn great is engagement. It is simple to watch a programming class on YouTube but if you don't do, you won't learn. After each concept, the lesson forces you to act on the material you just learned in a way that demonstrates at least some level of understanding. The blocks are short enough to prevent zoning out, and long enough to make you feel like you are prgression. Starting a new skill from scratch can feel daunting and this app works the best for beginners. For advanced work, network by contributing in the forums. Learn from those more experienced and give help to those less experienced. Coursera is great for more advanced skills but be prepared to fight the yawn.

You do not need to be good in mathematics to code. Programming is rather like talking to someone. In this case its a machine. If you can write an easy to follow recipe for a friend, and the instruction result into good food, then the recipe is to coding a good programm. Thus said, if you know the languge you can write very powerfull programms. And to know the languge, you have to learn it just as you learn any other verbal languge. Practice, talk to experienced programmers, read and understand codes from expert programmers. Google... Alot.Write programms to amuse yourself... even if they aren't beneficial.Share your code. Let people point out mistakes or faster ways to do something and lastly never give up. It sucks to be a quiter...

Yes..you can learn good basic here. To be honest sololearn is way better than tutorialspoint and w3schools. But only practice makes a man perfect...Don't forget that. Good luck

sololearn will mainly introduce you with different languages and how to use them. solo will provide you fundamental knowledge about the respective language. but you will need to complete required course from a it institute or you will have to learn from youtube & practice, practice, practice & practice to reach PRO.
