Are these courses sufficient?

The answer is yes the modules are the chapters of the books and in an easy way so that you can learn faster except of reading A full book perhaps that will also benefit

of course this is not enough. These are just basics and you will learn so much more by doing and practising with real code, not just reading theory. You can find plenty of courses that have a lot of exercises (like freecodecamp). I like courses from udemy too. and then I just practice code with quizzes (you find plenty online) and challenging other people. I find this to be the best method for learning in depth.
