Edit or withdraw quiz submissions?

Hi there,
can I edit (or withdraw) quiz submissions that I have made? Can't find any possibility to do that.

I accidently submitted an incorrect answer... 😩
Never hit a submit button before breakfast!

Don't worry if you have submitted a wrong quiz. There's currently no option to withdraw submitted quizzes, but they will just get rejected without any penalties. Just submit another copy of the correct one.
